I actually have two sets of PI Heads/Cams laying around, would just need the Intake Manifold. Would i have to tune the car after the swap..? This would also fix my leaking valve seal problem....

No tune needed unless you go with aftermarket cams. A tune with premium gas will help with detonation from the higher compression but a tune is not needed for a basic PI swap.

As far as a tune, I've heard you can drive without one from some people, others have said it runs rough. Id recommend one for sure to get the most out of it and have it run correctly. As far as the leaky valve seals, it depends on the condition of the ones in the new heads. I'd replace them in the PI heads before installing the heads on the car just to be sure
