Don't know about that. They only made 499 (all black cobras) and those people usually hold on to them like solid gold. KillerCanary got himself one after YEARS of searching. I don't see this happening at all.

diagnose the motor problem, i'm guess its not getting power so check your fuses and switches. Get a new top and keep pimp'in. turning the car into a hardtop is pointless. if you had a car with $25k into it already then maybe i would say sure go for it, but you don't.

It was originally intended to be a $1000 option which is awesome considering that it's painted. It's mentioned as being availible in the 1994 brochure. There's even instructions on how to install in the 94 owners manual.

This option was NEVER offered and ford threw what they had onto the 499 black cobra convertibles as a special treat to new owners.

I was told that they could not be fitted onto other sn95 mustangs but I don't see why not if you have all the hardware. I saw a silver one on eBay about 7 years ago (saw pics of it installed on a 99+) but I did not have the money then. Karkraft ocassionally will sell a shell but just try and find all the extra pieces you'd need.

I like the look of Ford a whole lot better and would not waste my money on the other.

i remember one time someone wanted to mod their quarter windows to roll down like on a vert

i still think that'd be a really unique and awesome mod

you should do this, now...

The rare 95 Cobra hardtop/vert models did this

Chris, I know you need to drill 1 hole in each A pillar, but not sure how the back mounts.

Where exactly in South TX? Houston? Im in North Dallas. I would be interested depending on the price, and what all it came with. Storage cart, real parcel shelf, hardtop cover bag maybe, maybe not, depends on the price.

-----Edit-----
Oh wait. Were you talking to 95cvgt? That makes a bit more sense.

This guy has been trying to sell it forever, someone buy this!

LMAO!!! I thought he was asking over $10k for the hardtop, not the car itself.

I was totally going to jump on that too if it were (obviously not at that price) because my husband is in Detroit right now, not far from where our cars were built back in the day. Although hes coming home in a few hours
