I finally got up enough courage to do it, lol
looks alot better than the covers, thats for shure
now to do somthing with the headlights

and if anyone doesnt know already, it is time consuming as hell, i never ever want to mask off a 94-95 taillight in my life, lol

what do the guys that tint their tails usually use?
i just used some of the plastic rattle can paint on the tails, marker lights, 3rd brakelight, and the pony
and it worked great

yeah, i plan on going over it with 800 grit and then put another coat, and go over that with 1200, and then clear coat it tomorrow

Don't the bezels unbolt from the lights? I know they do on 96-98 tails...makes painting a lot easier.

amen to that! took me just an hour to do the first taillight :(

good question. they may not have been 1 piece, but they did somthin to em
all i know is there isnt a way to get them apart w/o breaking them

Ford probably had a solid plastic masking tool that was the size of the lights and just stuck them to each light and painted the bezels. Like a perfect shape to contour to the lights. ? :dunno:
