tips on or off????

so here is the big ?

after i did my 408 carb build, i took the tips off and made dumps. i love the louder bass sound. i dont care about any drone because, well... the engine sounds bad ass.

here is the car with the tips on, different wheels tho..

tips off..i dont have any real good picts with them off

i know because of the carb i will make a lil more power with the tips on. but ill loose the sound aspect. ... thoughts??

tips on. but im not a fan of how our cars look without em. if you ask me they look almost unfinished but thats my OP

off. our bumpers werent made for the tips. if they had a groove or indent for them i would say go. but this, is a no go.

This thread= 100% personal taste. Go with what you like, some guys like tips, some don't. I liked the smaller tips on my GT, only 2.5" diameter but the looked cool and sounded nice. I have fricken HUGE 4" bottles going on my mach when the snow melts, don't know who that will look, might get smaller ones, it has 3" tips now, but I like the rolled tips more with the new edge style. Personally, Tips on, but again, all up to you.
