I just installed a set of Tockico hps on my car and I just wanna make sure that I don't need the rubber stopper that goes under the dust shield. Because on the instructions here http://www.americanmuscle.com/tokico-hp-struts-9404-install.html it said I don't need them since the tockicos have it built in.
