Trans fluid for the T5?

What brand trans fluid does everyone here use for the stock T5? And how many quarts for the T5?

not sure on how much but I use royal purple atf

i use mobil 1 synthetic atf from Advance Auto and according to my Haynes manual 3 quarts should do it. sounds right but it's been awhile since i've changed mine.

Regular Mercon ATF will do you just fine.

Synchromesh is not good for T5s, I'd highly suggest against it and I think it really messed up my trans.
