Cleaned up my F150 today and did a quick correction detail on it.

I was thinking about you yesterday when I was clay-barring my fiancee's Acura TSX. "Why haven't I got one of those pads yet? Ryan probably does this in 10 mins." lol

HOLY SMOKES!! 357k miles!!!
So....whats the secret? Walmart oil? I would have never suspected....

Bought it new in 1998. Oil changes every 3,500 miles with Valvoline 10W-30 and Motorcraft oil filter.
Transmission went out at 202,000 miles. Other than that the engine has been rock solid!

Here's a pic I took a few months ago when it hit the milestone 350k!!

Haha for sure! I detailed my black truck yesterday and luckily it didn't need any clay action.
I just hit it with my orange CCS pad and Menzerna 1500 compound. No polish, no sealant, and no wax. I need to put something on it but ran out of time.

Ha, my dad's 98 f-150 is getting up there, but I can tell, as you said, the trans is the only weak point in the drive train. However, we got it in like 2002 for $1,500 because the previous owner spun a bearing. Yes, fifteen hundred. It's still worth more than that today!

Drove it to work, still putting break-in miles on this McLeod clutch before I can dyno it with my new TVS.
Unfortunately, it is pouring rain right now!!

I like it, but it needs a red Cobra sticker or something red, there's not enough red.

But you're on the right path!

lol looks good.

Haha! I'm just as anxious! I have 200 miles on it so far.
I think I'm gonna go to about 300 and then dyno it.
Unfortunately it's been really bad rain and standing water here so I've not driven the car anymore.

Hope to get more miles by the weekend and schedule the dyno time in the next week or so. Gotta get on schedule at Fastlane.

Thanks to Ron @ R+J's for working on my Cobra today.

I recently put a MAC offroad Prochamber on the car.
It already had an aftermarket exhaust with some Magnaflow Magnapack mufflers.

The issue was the Prochamber actually pulled both rear pipes forward.
This caused the driver side pipe to hit my IRS.

So today I stopped by and Ron fixed it up.
He added a 2" section to the pipe in front of the muffler and adjusted everything back in line.

Quick work and I am happy with the end result.
