Don't know about the plugs but most of Seafoam's products are excellent. I use the penetrant, Fuel stabilizer and the fuel system cleaner, all great stuff.

For a N/A engine Autolite 764's or NGK TR-55's gapped to .054

Listen to Gallows...I have the TR-55's in my car gapped at .054, work great. If you're going to do the seafoam treatment make sure and do it before the new plugs.
