Got the On 3 kit for my '95 mostly installed. Obviously the cold side of the turbo is not oriented right. Can I simply take the 4 bolts off and rotate it without causing any problems?

Edit: See below

Why would you need too?

I googled it and got:

"To rotate the compressor side cover part of a turbo, there are 6 bolts that hold brackets, 2 bolts per bracket, and you have to just loosen them, and then the compressor side is easily spun to whatever desired angle. Do it one at a time so you don't hurt the compressor"

The, circled red, cold side outlet needs to be pointed kind of down towards the water pump. The 4 bolts, 3 circled in yellow on the hot side, are the same on the cold side. I believe if I undo those, twist the cold side around, I should be fine, but I just want to make sure that it's ok to do. I'm not sure what you mean by valute.

The valute is where the air is comming out of to go into the discharge tube.

Read my previous post, I posted something I saw on Google.

I'm in the middle of it, but it's coming along pretty well. And yes, thanks for the help, it worked very easy. I just wanted to verify I wouldn't break something valuable lol. Here's where I am now, and the only issue I'm having is the cross-over. It just doesn't reach. I don't think I'm missing anything, and there's no play since they're right off the headers. Anyways...check out the pics

yes you can rotate it without any trouble sometimes it helps to take a rubber mallet and tap it to get it to move the direction you want it to. I had to move my Procharger D1sc and i know you can do it to turbo's like i did.
