Unknown plug/sensor

Hey guys finally got a 2001 Mustang GT pretty cheap. It has a 2007 Crown Vic motor. I’m not sure what these plugs I have circled are. They are small, black both sides of the top front motor with a short pigtail. (Circled in the stock photo attached.) The left one is plugged in but the right one is a different connection. I need to order a new one but I have no idea what it’s called or does.

It's for noise suppression. Pretty much clips to a ground

So not that important I suppose. I have a slight misfire under load and my idle stays high till I come to a complete stop which I assume is the iac
