Upr k member install question

So I'm about to install the kit on my car and they didn't include the bolts to install the rack to the new kmember.

Does anyone know offhand what the correct ones are? Don't feel like ordering their 25$ kit for two bolts.

I used stock bolts and cut them down but I had new rack bushing and it also had to space my rack forward so everything lined up properly with the tie rods etc

Well After some research I discovered that...

They use 1/2-13 x 5 1/2

This should be stickied Chris, I think its ridiculous that it states nowhere that these are required and for people that you know... ..don't drop their K members every day you may think they should know that the stock bolts wont work.

I went to the local store and paid 3$ for hardware. If you people wanna pay 30$ for their kit you're crazy.

I can't use the stock bolts because the rack posts on this my new Kmember don't go all the way threw. They also had threads in there which surprised me too. So all i had to do was find the right bolts that would go all the way in, no big deal.

I can't even begin to say the difference one of these setups does.. I recommend one of these to everyone

Weird, I installed the UPR kmember a few months ago and the posts did go all the way through and i reused the stock bolts. 97 4.6
