Look on corral.ent and modularfords.com .... I am sure you can get a good used vortech for 1500-2000 bucks. Just have to be patient and look for deals and have cash in hand ready to buy when the good deal comes around.

Problem with that is that even if you get a vortech for 1500 bucks you will probably need injectors, MAF,Fuel Pump, and a tune...

I dont see anyone selling a vortech kit with anything else for 1500.

Is a used blower a good investment?
Just wondered about the lifespan etc, and how to tell if its ok or not.

I have seen them. Complete Vortech kit with everything for 1500. They are few and far between but they are out there if you are patient enough.

I think he has 4.10s...I thought?

What are your mods?

I would get an o.r mid pipe...I felt a lot from that and its like 200 bucks tops.

save for a blower

yea I would go with an o/r pipe

Although I would base whether or not to get an x or h on what catback you want to get...or have. You have one?

What kinda highflow h do you have? might not be a reason to upgrade.

Well i'll be in the market for one this summer most likely. Go longtubes w/ matching mid pipe. I love mine, sounds awesome :coolsmiley: Look for a Powerdyne kit, there pretty good for the money and you can get them upgraded and redone to handle more boost. Look on teh ebay
