Ive got a buddy that has a vortech t trim for a fox for sale. I was thinking about tring to buy it from him. Does anyone have a t trim on a stock 5.0? if so how does it run? how much hp/tq does it put down? Would it be worth $2500?

yes its worth 2500, it would make a tad more power then a S or Si trim and has the potential to make a lot on a larger motor. i made 632 with one on pump gas a long time ago without spinning it hard on a 331

There are going to be some differences between the brackets for a Fox and for a SN95. You might want to check into those before you spend that much money on something that you wouldn't even be able to use yet.

not bad as long as there is enough ring seal

Good tuning can do wonders as long as your motor isn't falling apart.

haha, i'll help both of you out.
the ring seal is the seal the piston rings have on the cylinder wall. pistons have rings in them that contribute to the compression (look up pics on google), so before doing a t-trim i'd go ahead and check the compression in each whole.

Brackets AND the blower outlet.... Fox has a different one I think. SN has that curve to it right on the blower housing. Better look it up first to be sure.
