I replaced that part on mine.  I was not sure that fords were better than aftermarket parts, I just bought the ford one because a ford guy was doing my work!  Good to know though!

I put that info in my Mustang Info folder!!

The MSD billet & others may LOOK prettier but the stock Ford is Stone reliable!

Also my cousin advised me on something I didn't think of. Because my car is still about 99% stock, I don't really need the MSD stuff. The ford works just fine. Spend that $ on other stuff.

+1 right here im running a stock distributor on mine just needed to upgrade coil and ignition.
