Weight under LH front fender/ Bumper

What other useless weights do our coupes contain that are safe to take off. Is it safe to remove the one under the rear diff? It kinda pisses me off that Ford has all these band aid fix weights spread around the car.

thats a dampner for the unbalanced drive shaft i think get a professionaly balanced aluminum one and go to town lol.
