So, I've been noticing the past week or so a weird noise that almost sounds like a thrown bearing in the motor or something, but noticed there was no way this could be possible..cars running just fine. However the noise one day came more and more as I was driving, and did it at idle as well..I was frusterated, I'm preparing to do the PI swap and dont need more complications..Then I very lightly rested my foot on my clutch pedal and noticed the sound went away..Huh. Thats odd..
I have heard from many people its the throwout bearing..I dont think it is, maybe it is..I just replaced this no more than 5 months ago. I pray to god its not the T/O bearing again..and didnt think it could make the noise at idle..Suggestions..?

It's definitely your t/o. glanced at your mods and didn't see any adjustable clutch parts (quadrant, cable, cable adjuster). The stock plastic quadrant is a piece of junk and loses its adjustment all the time. Try pulling up on the clutch pedal this will release the teeth in the adjuster then depress the pedal a few times. see if that helps the noise at all, I have installed new t/o's and had them chirp or whistle right off the bat. Its an adjustment problem and very very common. I would suggest buying a double or triple hook quadrant and a cable adjuster. UPR, steeda...most companies sell them individually and in kits. Stay away from the adjustable clutch cables though, they are prone to snapping and losing their adjustment also.
