Hey guys, i wanted to ask you guys a question, So early last year i wrecked my 96 Mustang GT Convertible. The crash wasn't so bad, i rear ended an suv, and my hood, headlight panel, headlights, grill were damaged and both bags deployed, the car was fixed and put back together by my dad, uncle who is a body man and me. We had the car inspected and there is no frame damage, but after the crash the car doesn't feel the same, it drives smooth and straight, but the problem is when i go over bumps or on a rough paved road you feel everything and it rattles, the ride is very firm and harsh. I replaced the shocks and struts. Next thing i have yet to replace is my springs and insulators, so my question is will that fix the problem or its something else. Or does the car have sub frame damage, and if it does will sub frame connectors help.

Thanks Guys,
Jack

On a converible subframes are always a good idea. The stock bolt on ones are OK, but some full length weld on would be better.

Without hearing the rattles and squeeks, there i no way for us to diagnose what or where they are coming from.
