Went to the track...new times.

I went to a 1/4 mile track on Saturday. My car has a 100 shot, pi swap, under drive pulleys, and gears. I know what I ran, but I want to see if anyone can guess what I ran. Car was on 275 regular Nitto 555 street tires.

Well, I'm going to guess that I can't drive.  You can see in the videos below that I'm pretty much asleep at the line.  I only pulled off a 13.7 @ 103.  I only got to run 4 times though, I wish I could get some more track time.

that last pass was about right 13.7 at 103... what are you launcing at? thoes nittos are street tires so you shouldnt do aburn out just let some air out a bit and go from there...

Kinda makes me think that the PI swap hasn't been done. I saw the other day that the valve covers say 1997, but I can't see anything on the actual heads. Looks like a 4v swap is going to be in the works.

dude, sorry to day but stock PI cars with nothing done can run 13.77.....your car is not pi swapped.

you would easily run lower 13s if not 12s with pi swap and 100 shot

Does not matter how long you sat at the line it does not effect your time.

Yea, I know that. I was just saying that I am slow no matter what taking off. The car is just not what I thought it was. Kinda sucks getting lied to like that. My g.f went to the track with me and she saw how upset I was about the times I was running. She said that we can start building on it asap. When she was there she saw all the 10 & 11 sec cars and wants my car to be there, so that's my goal for now.

4v swap with an sc along with forged internals and just up the boost. lol

My car is not that fast yet, but I can usually beat people off the line......the trick is to go on the last yellow before the green.....It will take you that long to react and get on the gas :thumbsup:

i have a high 12 car and im pretty deep in to teh motor right nwo being na... its gonna take time, money and alot of work to get that car where it needs to be BUT if you want a set of stage 2 ported and polished heads let me know )

Those are professional drivers. The avg street/strip daily driver joe shmo is not going to run that

He said stock pi cars run 13.77, This says the 99 runs 14.1 and the o4 runs 14.8
