What’s my cobra worth?

Hi everybody. I’ve been toying with the idea of selling my red 1998 cobra convertible. It has 120k miles, but runs great and the body is in excellent shape. The only mods are long tube headers and flow master exhaust.

What do you think a fair price would be for the car? I’ve seen them for sale for anywhere between 6k and 8.5 k.

Really depends on where you live. Around here they’re only about $5-7k in similar condition

Judging from similar cars I've seen sold vs your specific car, I'd say OP is pretty darn close. Mileage lowers it but if the car is in mint shape it may not matter.

The price is right but...someone must want it more than you do. Here in The Swamp I have 460 Mustangs listed on Craig's List to choose from and only the cheap ones sell.

I bought my mostly stock 127,000 mile Vert 3 years ago for $5,000 down from $6,000 a month earlier. After looking at cars all over the western US I bought the best car for the lowest price I could find. I think you are close on price. It depends on how much someone wants it. Good luck!
