Hey guys so I am planning a new build this winter. I dont want to do the 4V swap as I dont drive a cobra and dont want to :headbang:.
So i have been looking into the 3V's and there wicked motors.
Once the new TrickFlow heads came out i became very interested in keeping my 2V as everyone seems to get rid of them.
So I was wondering what you guys would do or if you have any other ideas just throw them out.

Thanks
Cheddar

LS1 is cheaper and more powerful.

QTF, all my friends are either in LS1 powered cars or LS1 swapped cars (3 LS1 Datsuns, 1 LS1 Blazer). That motor is just annoyingly good.

I thought KB stopped producing blowers for the 96-98 2v engines. Are you going to get a used one? or have things changed. I personally would love to see a kb but might not be a option. Twin turbos are just bada$$ but can be very pricey

There is an LS1 240 that runs around the circuit here occasionally. It is ridiculous.

The one around here has a widebody, little magnesium wheels, wilwoods, and runs in various classes similar to what my car will run in. It is nuts how fast and nimble that car is.

Duh, the LS1 is a great motor that deserves to go in my 1969 firebird... not a mustang. LS1 this, LS1 that, LS1 for 300 dollahs, LS1 in a 1984 buick, LS1 in a blimp, LS1 in a RX-7, LS1 in a toilet... blaaaaahhh... I'm LS1, your LS1, everyone's LS1. Get your LS1 today and get a free T-shirt along with a lifetime supply of Meow Mix.

Oh look it's a bird, it's a plane,....noooo it's an LS1 swapped MUSTANG.... Who, I mean, WHO wudda thunk????
