Brodix are just a nice quality head. As I said if money wasn't a option I'd be running some Yates heads but they can go for like 3k used

Whay yates head are you talking about as they have produced a multitude over the years. Also I dont think the op is looking to get indepth with custom headers and a big inch stroker. For what hes looking to do any of the above mentioned heads will work.

Well I still think that some of the higher quality (and thus higher priced) heads out there that might have a little more done to them than some of their lower priced competitors. For example, how much does a 5 angle valve job cost? Does edelbrock come with that degree of machine work done? Does brodix? I don't know but it occurs to me that you're going to have some companies out there that are doing more to the heads and charging more because of that. You can probably get heads that are really really basic, but they just flow better than stock cause lets face it the stock ones suck. Then you have other companies that do practically everything that can be done to a head, for a price.

Honestly the name.. You hear Brodix . You think big power.. And they are great heads... Not a real good reason tho..

This. A reputation is earned, not given. Anyone with a fast car that sees that you have Brodix heads on your car will think to themselves "those are nice".

What exactly is your goal and how much are you looking to dump on heads. Without a plan we cant help ya in your selection. put is this way I just dropped 2 grand on my AFR heads for my new combo. My old combo I had a little over a grand into the heads and they worked great on that combo. What Im trying to say is you may not need big money for heads a basic set of TFS with a spring upgrade maybe all you need but we arent building it so we cant help ya unless you lay out some goals and other info on what you are planning. If your looking to buy heads by price alone i think jon urists yates heads were up for 10k. might want to jump on those.
