If those are the FRPP cylinder heads they will fit just fine.
I know you will need head gaskets,head bolts,and camshafts.
The FRPP cylinder heads are quite expensive if you buy them
at normal price witch is 800-900 each head I do belive.
The good thing about those heads is they are designed to
flow very well compaired to the non-PI heads.
