Automatic transmissions : I offer a lifetime warranty on every single auto box I sell. I don't care if you tow a boat, plow driveways, go 50 mph in reverse, whatever floats your boat. Most of my experience so far has been in the 700r4 variants, 4l80, and e4OD/4r100, and by and large, have been installed into various types of work and offroad trucks. This is my first real foray into the AODE/4R70w. The lifetime warranty however, still stands. The warranty is non-transferable, and is contingent upon two thing's (yes, here comes the fine print).

1. You must keep up on all maintenance, as well as use the cooler I will send you with your unit. I will know if you didn't, and believe me, people have tried, so don't be a dick, because I don't want to be one back.

2. You must be entirely honest about the application, and the part's that go into the unit are my choice, not yours. Don't tell me it's going in a stock NPI car and slide it behind a 700 rwhp Lightning (again, people have done thing's like this, and I can tell what causes what failure). IF, somewhere down the road, you decide to step up to a hotter combo, just give me a call and let me know, and we'll go over what's in your unit, and how well I think it will hold it.

Other than those two thing's, be honest, and take care if it, and if it ever fails behind the motor I originally set it up for (or even a rebuild of the same caliber), send it back, and I'll rebuild/replace it as needed.

I don't get a special hook up on part's, so I will tell you what's going into the unit, and if you can find it cheaper, for the exact same thing, we can order it from there, I have no problem with that at all. If you want me to build you a unit and send it, without your's as a core, then I'll have to charge you a core charge, since I don't have a transmission tree in the backyard. Again, I'll charge whatever it cost's me, plus gas and time, to go get it. Or feel free to send one from wherever you find it. Know that a core needs to be useable if you send me a core with a burned up drum, you'll be paying for a new drum, etc. I can't really predict what hard part's a trans needs until I open it, most need a drum at the most, but just be aware that the core you send me may be completely junk...

Valvebodies Same deal here, I can custom calibrate it to your needs/preference, in the case of the AODE/4R70W with very little part's needed, and even include a how to video for transmissions I currently have a core for (I unfortunately, did not take a video of the AODE/4R70W yet, but will by the end of summer, even if I have to give a local guy a free one). Valvebody's are also lifetime warrantied (mighty generous of me since they never fail, lol).

Torque Converter's Be warned here, if you buy a converter from me right now, you are my guinea pig! No secret's here, lol. However, I will initially offer a lifetime warranty on the converter's, just to make myself feel better about it. Unfortunately for you 4R70w guy's, you need more converter than the 5.0 people, which means a smaller housing, and increased $$ 4R70W converter's start at 700+shipping for N/A and go up from there.

Manual transmissions I'm fully capable of handling manual transmission request, from simple rebuilds, to beefing and gear ratio swaps, HOWEVER, since I can't control how you shift the thing, there is a six month warranty on all manual boxes. I honestly encourage you to have it done locally anyway, since it would likely cost less, unless you really don't trust your local shops (I know I don't).

I'm working with my employer's on getting some heads ported, basically I want them to rent me the machines, and then I can pass alot of the savings on to you (some of the saving's will go into my pocket, lol). In addtion I'm testing some NPI cams, and looking into developing a T56 swap kit, we'll see how all of this goes first though. Just trying to see what interest is out there.

Every car and every user is different, imo. You can have the exact same car as me, same engine, trans, gear ratio, and be unhappy with how it drives, where I am ecstatic with it. I try to talk at length with everyone, get to know them, how they are using the car, what they are looking for, etc. There's no "stage 1 for you, stage 3 for you" here. just curious if you had any luck with this, still doing this etc...

i havent seen anyone mention your name when these items come up, yet i see you on the boards often, i'm in the market so i started looking.

I still do autos and valvebodies, that's it. I've gone back to college and headed down another career path. I do appreciate the thought though!

ah, i'll be looking for a converter soon.

hopefully wont need a trans for awhile.

Im in a 98 gt now.... I was torn when I got a cj pony parts catalog and foundthat tko t56 and built aods were damn near the same price... I have a used t45 right now imma save my pennies... longterm plans are pi intake blower and came, suspension and 4.10s

If you don't mind chevy parts we can get a t56 in there for less than cjs prices
