As I was driving home today from the paint shop i heard a tapping from inside the valve cover. It was the polylock hitting the valve

cover, it was loose. I opened it up and took the pushrod out and it was bent. So i need to buy a new set but dont know what to buy,

i had the stock one's which i belive are 6.25 in. lengh and 5/16 in diameter. My mods are in the SIG if they are needed.

Well to be totally sure you'd need to measure the proper length. Since I'm sure you don't want to pull the intake to swap in some solid checking lifters, use a set of check springs in place of your valve springs and do the marker trick with an adjustable pushrod to get your proper length. Nobody is gonna be able to tell you what length you need except you.
