Take into consideration where you live too. This will help you decide that if you get an off-road midpipe then you may not pass emmisions, on the other hand springs will lower the car and give it a stiffer ride so if your roads are garbage then you will feel or sometimes bottom out on potholes or speed humps. my .02

If you get springs, I would hang onto them and install them when you have all the parts needed.

I would get:

--H&R Super Sports with front and rear isolators (more $$$)
--Tokico Blues (cheap and good)
--MM Caster/Camber Plates

I always wondered what people thought about Tokico Blues. I was going to get them but found a deal on some Bilstein's.

I agree with Nacho on installing them when you have all the parts, but it's however, you feel works best. I did it all at once, but it made sense. I only took the car apart once for that. Now I want coil overs.
