what size meats could i possibly run?

Hey guys, pretty soon i wanted to do some new tires. I was originally going to just get some BFG drag radials on my 18x9's, but the more i think about it i think i might want to run a smaller rim and maybe some ET Streets. I never really looked into smaller rims/nice size tires, but what are some sizes that i could do? Also, what are some nice rims that i should look into?
