i have the b&m 2400, the car usually starts spinning the tires around 2500-2600 rpm's, works great, i love it, it launches like a son-of a-bitch outta hell compared to the stock converter, i will soon be installing a b&m 3000, if you car is stock or has just the basic bolt on's and you drive alot or only go to the track a little bit then i would recommend getting a stall around 2500, but if you have the whole H/C/I/ package or even a power adder then i would go somewhere between 3000-3500 depending on how much you race and how aggressive you want it to be, B&M / hughes/ performance automatics are great brands, performance automatics being the best in my opinion, but they are a little pricer than others
