That's a major pain in the ass b/c you have to count the beeps. Buy a scanner I got mine off Amazon for $20.00. Just look for a Ford OBD I scanner

Same exact thing happened to me, it turned out to be the ignition control module. I'm not the most knowledgeable but I'm sure someone here will suggest what it could be.

hell yea guys good news, it was the maf, it was literally solid black inside were it does all the readings. looked like a hot wheels car was in my maf doing a burnout lol, cleaned it up and holy crap it was rediculous the difference it made, it didnt have this much power when i bought it about a month ago. thanks again for all yalls help.
