I have H&R SS Springs Tokico HP struts and shocks SVE lower adjustable control arms J&M upper control arms and poly isos.... Should i buy caster camber plates and subframe connectors or a swaybar package

If the car is aligned properly after all that, you can postpone the CC plates. The most difference you will see for handling would be sway bar kit. Subframe connectors help, but not nearly as much as people hype it out to.

what about panhard bar kit vs the sway bars or could the be paired together

Pair them up but install the PHB first. The MM PHB kit has been the best mod I've done to mine yet. Although it did take 11+ hours for me to install it. Wherever you point it, the rear end follows. Springs & CC plates will go on mine next.
