What wheel combo is this?

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knew what wheel combo any of these two Stangs are running? Looking for something similar. Bad ass!!

the first pic has a set of 03-04 cobra wheels. the second pic has a set of y2k cobra wheels.

I'm guessing the tires are 275/40-17's.

I saw his car in person at Carlisle...it's very sexy.

Standard 00R wheels are 18x9.5 and came with 265/35/18 tires.
