I am in the process of getting my car back to my tuner in the beginning of October here for some more tuning and to get my car tuned with meth so I can really see what she's capable of. I'm expecting to take the car to 6300-6500, be upwards of 18-20psi, and probably in the 575-600rwhp range. As the car sits, I only got it tuned to 5800 rpms and it pushed out 516/463 through the auto, saw 16psi. The motor build is a 281 bored .20, completely forged internals (9:1), MMR stage 3 PI heads, VT Stage 2 blower cams, Eddie vic jr manifold, Vortech SI, Paxton intercooler, AIS meth, 8 rib conversion, 2. 95 blower pulley w/ 10% overdrive, all bolt ons, built auto w/ stall, built rear, full fuel system, etc.

I recently just did this whole motor, so I really dont want to ever have to rip it back apart if possible. I understand an easy upgrade would be to swap my SI for a JT/YSI, as I will be spinning the blower upwards of 60,000 impellar speed. I'm contemplating of getting my SI for sale this winter so I can get rolling on the blower upgrade. Say I was looking to be in the next level of 650-700rwhp, is there anything else I should be looking at besides changing the head unit that would really step me up to the next level?

More boost.

Have them spin that dyno higher, now that the stock TC is gone there is no need to limit the auto to 5800rpms. I'd think 6500 would be easily done now.

well the problem was my converter was unlocking at 5800rpms, which is why I need to get the car back to the tuner so we can play with it more. I dont think the converter is the problem, I think the computer is telling the converter to unlock. The only thing is that a lot more boost will push my SI WAY out of efficiency range
