Well, sucks that you totaled the V. What did you do?

And, either way it's not like we didn't see this coming lol

So did you see another car to buy, turn to look at the side of the road and run into something?

Yeah I walked away with just a bruise on my knee, other than that car did it's job well. Only thing that gets to me is that the airbags did not go off...

And here's the ST at home.

Dude I know you get a lot of sh!t for buying/ trading in so many cars, but glad to hear all is well and that caddy held up and kept you basically unscathed in a pretty serious accident. Glad you're ok and keep us posted with the progress on the ST. I've always enjoyed a high revving 4cylinder 6speed car (just bought a civic si for me and the woman to share because I wanted one lol). Any plans for the new turbo hatch?

:) ya mean other then to sell in in 3 months I give the over/under on this one?

Have you ever considered investing in a house instead of throwing it all away on cars?

Lol I was trying to be nice and sympathetic about the accident, never mind the fact that I've had my vehicles for 5-10 years and don't get rid of them due to keeping my mortgage up to date. I hope old jones is happy with his new ride though

I loved my STS-V honestly was heart broken it got totaled out. I asked them to do their best to repair it but repair costs quickly exceeded $15,000 and then they discovered the B pillar had been damaged as well as buckling on the roof so there was nothing they could do. I looked at buying another but they were none nearby or even within driving distance to consider.
It really was an amazing car and it's sad to see it go but the Focus ST is a great replacement. I mean it has navigation, Recaro seats, 25k miles, and I only paid $15k for it. I got a damn good deal because the dealership I bought it from only deals with high end luxury cars and took it in on trade so they were looking for a quick flip. Car is a 1 owner and certified pre owned. It truly is a great car.

you really should consider investing in a house. It will put this car problem of yours on hold (trust me)and you can build equity for a change instead of just pissing it away.

You sure you didnt ding the car up a little on purpose to get a new ride ? lol just kidding. Glad your okay. and you know what jones, if you just realized you have a buying and selling problem you wouldnt get nearly as much heat. Enjoy the next 100 or so miles with it until you trade it in. Honestly this past year I've been trying to slow down on buying cars. I haven't even thought about buying another Mustang. I think I'm over that stage until I can afford to buy one as a weekend toy.
The Cadillac I had absolutely no intention of getting rid of. Never once even crossed my mind, in fact I had literally just got a custom intake built and didn't even get to install it.
The Focus is going to stay stock for the most part. It's still under factory warranty as well so really light mods are all I plan to do. I love the car for what it is alone, it's a blast to drive even if I'm just cruising it it.

And I know I have a car buying problem lol, trust me it's something I hate about myself but I've been doing it for so long but I've been working on trying to stop the problem. I just enjoy driving new car's all the time, obviously financially it hasn't exactly done me any good, but the Focus I intend to keep for a long time. After all it's essentially a brand new car.
