wheel color

The wheels are getting painted. If you dont like it please dont hate. I hate chrome and think it looks tacky so im getting rid of it. which ones should I do? Im liking the full black right now.

forgot to metion that the center caps and lugs will say the chrome color. Im liking the full black myself. How many cans do you guys think it will take? What do you suggest to scuff them with before the paint?

I would have to say the first or second picture, black with chrome lip type setup. Ya all black looks cool, but from a distance they may look like hubcaps.

i like the 1st pic the best.. And you can always paint the face first, then apply more paint as you go.. that way you have time to make up
your mind.. And as far as prepping the wheels, they will probably take a good deal of sanding to get paint to stick.

Just a suggestion, possibly buy a black top... to go with the all black rims. Or do the polished lip if you want to keep/have to keep your current top. But i think it could look best all black rims with black top.

Please dont do full black, It looks like spare tires. You could do what I did but I think option 2

I was thinking about that to. I work at autozone and the color we sell there is graphite wich is a gun metal look. Im also going to be tinting my headlgihts and the pony is now black. if that helps you guys visualize more.
