Wheel spacer help

Ok guys I wanna make my rear end a little more aggressive , I have 99-01 cobra wheels on a 245-35-17 tire , would a inch spacer be safe to run on the rear? What should I get for the front?

I put 1.25" spacers on my 18x9 (2003-04) cobra wheels and they brought them pretty much flush with the fender in the rear. I used to run them with 17x8 bullitt wheels and they still improved the look from stock. As far as the front is concerned, I've never run spacers because they seem to sit close enough for me
