Looking to get a set of magnapacks instead of my flowmasters. Where can I get a set for a decent price? I'm also looking at SLP mufflers.

Just looking for the mufflers themselves?
I ran into a problem not long ago when I blew a hole in one of my Magnaflow mufflers. I tried to find JUST the mufflers with the pre-bent hangers already attached, but Magnaflow did not sell them as such; I'd have to buy the entire cat-back system again.
Your best bet is to find a used pair that someone is selling, unless you know someone who can fab you up some hangers (shouldn't be hard to do, I just didn't have the time/money).

why do u say its a joke?

Cause an slp lm1 is like a glass pack...its a straight through tube....a muffler is designed to make the exhaust system quieter.

slp lm1 probably make it louder.

let me clarify my opinion ....for flow and noise they are NO JOKE

but the fact the muffler/resonator is just a tube they flows into a bigger tube 45 percent bigger and then back into the normal tube .....that is a joke i think the same about the old school cherry bomb glass paksatleast they had a few things inside

but i stand by my slp's they are nice

^^ Do you have the SLP lm1's? I want to know what they sound like with bbk shorties, o/r x, and dumps. Would the improve or redue performance?

yeah i have slp lm1's

...i don't see why it would reduce performance ...it might as well be striaght pipes but it has a very unique sound with an o/f x and dumps you will have issues with noise in the cab lol esp with the windows down ...but i imagine it'll sound mean ....

mine with the stock h and headers ...sounds really good compared to stock

Stock vs SLP Loud Mouth 1's

here my stang

Would you recommend these? I dont really care if its too loud lol. Right now its too damn quiet with the flowmasters on it, it sounds nice though as is. Your car sounds pretty nice with the lm1's on it btw
