my car on a lift? Is the subframe up front and pinch rails for the rear ok? It justs seems like it would be putting a lot of stress on the pinch rails. :dunno:

I used to work at Pep Boys changing tires and we had lifts that just picked up cars on their pinch welds. I saw alot of rocker panels get tweeked because of this. I would stray away from it if you could, but just be careful...try it and life it slowly...watch your ground effects and if they start to bend and gaps between the door start to close in, stop. If I put my car on a lift, its a full car lift that I drive on, or I put it on Jack stands. Thats it. just be careful and take your time. dont rush it

that's what I do, do it by the subframe in the front and pinchwelds in the back.. just position it carefully between the ebrake line and the rocker panel so you don't crush either.
