Which rim is this?

I need to buy 1 used one of these. I have my old 4, they tell me 1 is cracked! I drove on these for about 3 years? Just found out before my paint job. I put these on, but it was only pushed around. I don't think I should drive on it. Here it is on my car:

Theyre chrome, 17x9. 3 are OEM and the other is a replica...i can take pics when I get them back,the cars at Ford gettin the head gasket fixed so im just having them install all the parts I bought including the wheels
