In society it's a predjudice statement, but in reality it's a safe assumption considering that 99% of 20+ inch wheels on cars that are jacked up are owned by african americans. Nothing wrong with that though.
The other pictures of this car show, Showfest 2006, show a predominantly white crowd with similarly themed vehicles. Believe it or not, white people do some really dumb things to their cars too.
