why is it a good thing that the water beads when you wax your car? from what ive noticed on my car it just leaves those drop marks or watermarks what ever they are called

wax applies a shield to paint from scratches and environmental elements. with waxing contaminants have less friction. friction is the grabbing of a surface. and the beading looks cool especially on windshields when it rains.
