Bell Housing, Clutch Fork, and trans mount.

There are 3 different versions but the most common is: 3.27, 1.98, 1.34, 1.00, .68


The trans mount from a 99+ 2V SOHC works great.

It's just what i've been told multiple times, maybe they were thinking about something else i'm not sure.

I think you are thinking of the 96+ 5 speeds (t45, 3650, etc..) that are all one piece...
The T5, TKO, and T56 all have separate bellhousings from the trans housing.

actually the new t56 magnum is suppose to be well worth the upgrade and can handle more abuse than the viper spec and the tko 500 so for the same price you can have a much better upgrade. swapping the tranny out is a great mod but there are a kits out there that you can build off of just using their parts list and do it cheaper

Why?

The TKO 500 will take more abuse. If your willing to go through the BS of doing a T56, get viper spec.

viper spec and the standard T56 differ in length as well as gear ratios. The viper spec will hold a bunch more power though...
