This is gonna seem like a really dumb question...but i have free parts and an idea lol

Will a 'vert light bar (like the one seen below on 1STOF3's car) Fit inside a 96 Coupe??

I am sure no one has tried but what are the dimensional Differences??

Well it wouldnt be too functional. And also everytime u hit the brake your interior would light up red.

why? cause I can get one for free. I was trying to do something a little different for my CHMSL. right i have a LED taken from a Trooper just sitting on my back package tray. But if I put any spoiler on it will not show. A buddy is giving me the light bar so I was wondering about it. I guess i can try and see when i get it, if it doesnt work i can always put it in the beater (94 'vert)

I figured it was a stupid idea, but hey its Free. I actually got the idea from my Pulsar NX (it had a CHMSL on the roof behind the seats that worked when the hatch was removed.

Hey, that's my car!

I don't think it will work, from what I know. The ends of the light bar/styling bar has like a 1-2 ft long piece of metal. It slides in to attach it to whatever you mount it to. Sorry, I saw it being done for me, have no idea though!! You have to put the conv top down in order to put this in! Since you have that metal pole, don't think it will work.

Now you can maybe cut those poles off, & southern ingenue a way to mount it? That may work. Seems like a lot of trouble for kinda nothing!
