will i have problems?

i have a 94 gt, bone stock. i got a 95 cobra upper with an explorer lower, they seem compatible...anyone know any different? i have the 24lb injectors and 24lb mass air flow sensor, will i need anything else?
i also have a set of GT40p heads, off the same explorer, im thinking about selling or trading them off for the gt40 heads, now if i do that will my headers fit on the gt40 heads? i know they wont work on the p heads

I know the intake scenario will work because that is exactly whats on my car now.And yes the only need for special headers was the P heads and thats it.

You might as well change the cam while your doing all that. if you dont want to your cant afford to you could always just add 1.7 rr.

Either a Cobra computer (J4J1) or a tune may be necessary.

I think the "normal" GT40s are a better option, and if you have "normal" headers, they'll bolt up fine.
