I just wanted to hear some opinions on these louvers. I think they would look badass...

I also have a photoshop request... http://www.sn95forums.com/forum/index.php?topic=28384.msg516784#msg516784 if anyone could help me out too. Thanks in advance.

i've never been a fan of them. i like the factory design ford came up with, with subtle changes like wing, hood, but i think
side window louvers look a little out of place.

I have them on my black 97. I was a big fan of them at first, but now I'm sort of apathetic towards them. Honestly, I don't think they'd look that great on any color other than black.

If you really want to go with quarter window louvers, I'd get a set from Mr. Body Kit. Those look a million times better, in my opinion.

I think they'd be killer -you've already got the mach1 chin strap, might as well go the whole nine and get the louvers for the back glass, too!

The way I see it is if you would call it rice on a Honda, then it's rice on a Mustang.

But if you like 'em, go for it. :thumb:

If louvers are rice, then God help us all!

I know, I know... I don't really like them on old cars either but it's kind of like a factory wing on an SN95. It's OK... I guess... if it came that way from the factory. Just my opinion man, I would never talk shit about someone's car for having them I just think it's no good. It is all up to the owner of the car and if he or she likes it then go ahead. :thumb: He did ask for opinions though and I gave mine.

I wasn't trying to jump you for your opinion -I don't care much for wings, either. I was just reacting to the "rice" label. Louvers have been on hot rods since the beginning. If we're going to let the import crowd take those away from us, then it's a dark day.
Call me an automotive fascist, but we've got to protect our hot rod heritage!

I can see them on the older generation Mustangs, but anything newer than 1972 shouldn't have them on, they just look out of place, especially on fox bodies and SN-95's because their lack of true "retro" styling.

I do appreciate all the opinions... thats what I was lookin for when I started the thread. I make my car how I like it to look, but I do like to see if anyone else would like it, because if its hated by most... its no good. Thanks again for the input.
