My god Rich, you're going to be a busy man! I can see why you were planning on a year-plus build! That's gonna be sick, you're gonna get the gears turning in my head and the dollars flying out of my bank account when I see the finished product.

My plans...are never revealed until Carlisle All Ford Nationals each year, lol. I have a few things in the works, trying to take it a tiny bit easier this winter but we all know how that goes...

Your telling me, Im basically doing the entire car over only this time I have a solid plan for it. I just need to stop talikg with Tom, as every convo leads to another added project and a grand or so haha. The only upside is Ive sold just about everthing off the car to recoupe a few bucks, the down side is Im still looking at about 15-20k grrrrrrrr. But in the end I will be completely satisfied as I never put this much thought and reaserch into the first go around, it was more or less a wing it build. Ive also sourced some fairly rare items to go into this build along with cleaning up the bay and motor ..even with the addition of boost it will be cleaner under the hood than before and you know that in itself makes me happy. Not sure if she will be up and running for carlisle as tom and I both plan a twin unvailing at mustang week, we will just have to see how it goes. Right now Im on schedule lets just hope it stays that way.

If things go well this winter/early spring.

Car will be repainted hot rod black.
New hood from H.O
S281 spoiler
New wheels
Torque Arm
Watts Link

HOPEFULLY next year I'll be able to add these as well.
Procharger
And a built t45

And if my rear pops I'll switch it to 31 splines.

I don't think I've ever seen your car. you should do a thread on it if you haven't already. T/A and watts link will be sick!

Yeah got it tuned in the beginning of spring. Put down 294/292 at the rear

congrats. from the few mods of yours that I remember, I'd say you're on the high end of most guys with the same mods.

95 needs some new shoes but she might be going down for awhile for a WHOLE lot of work.

whole lot of work as in racecar? lol.

Nah she hasn't been on a dyno yet. I said I was hoping for 300 but after looking at similar setups its looking like the stock manifolds will hold me up. Plus I aim a lil low so I don't get disappointed if for some reason it comes up short. :)

you may be surprised. it's hard to keep track but didn't you have a cam similar to a 270? that's what I have, and aside from my lack of an intake so far, our builds are very similar. and I'm shooting for 310-330 at this stage of my build.

Hmm...

Pre-winter: Brakes all around, considering this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/390411249302

Actual winter project:
1) Seek religious intervention in ensuring a mild winter.
2) Survive with driving 'er daily in snow and ice for the first real winter she's probably ever seen (I really should pull the history on the VIN one of these days).

I think that's even a little too optimistic, so... we'll see how it goes!

Everyone else here's just a terrible influence... there's so much that can be done with the car, I can't help but want to do a fair bit with mine. Like an M112. Completely unnecessary, but when has necessity factored into it?

Well, to reply to myself here, with a bit of an update... I ordered those brakes, but haven't had a chance to put them on... they look like they're at least worth what I paid for 'em, though. I've been incredibly lucky in the way of weather so far, and even had the top down a couple days (including Thanksgiving), so hopefully that holds out (and eventually hits on a day when I can put brakes on, rather than a day in which I need to drive ~100mi).

And the real update, an addition to those plans. I just picked up a Raspberry Pi (see: http://www.raspberrypi.org/faqs ), a 4.2in display, and a gps... I'll be getting all that set up for the car, tie it into audio, get a few more computer-side attachments, means of input (screen's not touch)... and eventually tie it into reading/tracking all my gauges.

Lol good plans Belberius!

Yeah man I'm thinkin like... Get my new heads put on. And hope for a miracle to get my Eaton on. I've got her all torn down, all that's left is chains, cams, and heads. But I gotta replace the chains, chain guides, the camshaft gears, crankshaft gears, trigger wheel, chain tensioners.. And then the head gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, intake manifold gaskets (if I don't get the funds for the Eaton), possibly ARP headstuds, and all the attributing fluids like oil and coolant. Ridiculous. That alone is gonna run me broke lol

I'd kill for just tranny and coolant lmao. I may get lucky on the coolant since I had a massive stock of it when my Grand Am's head gaskets went. But that stock quickly got depleted so who knows lol. I'm not reusin the old sheit noooopers!

I priced it all out and it's about $600 for all that, not including tax. Might say screw it and pick up some shorties since I'll be in there. IDK yet.

Get some work done my man!
