Wiring question (Green/Orange wire and White wire)

how are you testing the relays? There is a starter relay under the hood.

I just swap the relay with the horn relay to see if the horn beeps

Also an update, I got the starter to click when the key is put in the starting position, but for some reason the whole car loses power after the first click. No, it's not the battery as the battery is fully charged, not sure what it could be.

Forgot to respond. Didn't work. I got the starter to click once now but it clicks once and then the whole car just shuts off and loses power. The battery ism't dead, I went to have it tested and I charged it up alll the way. If anyone has a diagram for where all the ground straps are located that'd be appreciated because I could double check to make sure they're clean and whatnot incase it's that.
