I just got done with the COP conversion on my 96GT 2v (02 GT motor swapped) using one of the plug and play harnesses and now it wont start, it cranks but doesnt even try to start. I tried the harness both ways and still nothing. Is there something else that needs done for the swap to work?

I did a c.o.p swap on my 4v and I had the same problem, check to make sure that one of the wires didn't come out slightly out of the back of the new harness! I had this problem pushed the wire back in and viola!!!!

All pins are good and connections are tight.

The connnectors should have been labeled "DR" (driver) and "PR"(passenger) so not too hard to get them mixed up. There is nothing else that needs to be done except for the conversion harness, it sounds like you have something else wrong with the car. You check for fuel pressure? Is PATS acting up?

I got it figured out. When I installed the COPs I had to loosen and slightly lift the rails which caused a injector on each side to come loose from the rail just enough to cause major issues. Got that fixed and it runs good but I need new plugs now. lol

Thanks for all the help and sorry Im an idiot!!! lol
