02/h pipe help

As always guys Im asking for some assistance. Im putting my first set of 02's in the cars since I bought it a year ago. Well the guy before my put an adjustable h-pipe in. and also swapped over the o2's. Well here comes the fun. He crossthreaded not 1, but both of the o2's. As well does anyone else's h pipe hit on the crossmember? I'm wondering what I should do about both of these situations. I feel there is one ultimate fix, but the $$ isnt quite where it needs to be at the moment. Any suggestions.

take the h pipe to a muffler shop and have them cut the old o2 bungs off and weld in 2 new ones.

Good idea, I've got an extra midpipe of a 02 v6, is there anyway to cut those bungs off since I do know they will take the o2's?

an exhaust shop will have bungs there. you will not need to supply them.

As for the pipe hitting the crossmember. its probably a fox piece

Thats what I assumed as well. Would it be worth replacing with a prochamber or just deal with the knock?
