Dang I assumed you had C clip eliminators too. You plan on doing that while it's apart? I've thought about it and don't make anywhere near the power as your car lol

I actually cracked the carrier so yea I’m doing 35 splines with a spool and c clip eliminators

Finally got the car off jack stands and got my bad ass rear end under the car . Had my buddy whip me up a new charge pipe for the new blow off valve . We’re going to be changing the rest of the piping over to aluminum

Got my buddy to modify my valve cover so the alternator doesn’t hit anymore . I probably should have took some more off . Oh well it clears now no more belt slip

i used the 92 gt valve covers and the only thing i ended up shaving down was one of the bolts that are on the back of alternator top one
but i do like those ford racing covers
i had a pair of motor sports at one time grew legs walked off

I really should have bolted my accessories on before I had the valve covers powder coated.

before i put an engine together i pre fit everything
the last engine i had to do a lot of shaving aluminum and shimming
a lot of different parts dont always fit like they should

It’s only a 9.5 deck issue was fine with the 302

I just forgot and drove the top bolt home when put the car together lol . Boost was always flat lining around 5200 before

They didn’t come out perfect ones a little higher then the others don’t think it’s enough of a variance to worry about. Now to get the transmission back
