Got my buddy to modify my valve cover so the alternator doesn’t hit anymore . I probably should have took some more off . Oh well it clears now no more belt slip

Here's what I do so I can use any valve cover that I choose. Expand the pic and look at the top mounting point of the alternator. See the spacer plate? It tips the alternator about 1" towards the passenger side. It requires a longer belt to do so.

With the blower I’d rather modify the valve cover . Me and a person or two force the belts on .

I didn't think about the blower. Makes sense.

Nothing to much going on as of late replumbed the fuel rails and regulator . I’ve slowly been detailing the engine bay here and there . Scored some new front wheel liners and a rad support cover just need to make a trip to the coast . Lastly added my drive shaft sensor today . My tkx is ready for pickup . Back on the ground next week

I bought some repop fender liners and they are very thin and some of the holes aren't lined up correctly. I think I'm going to source a used, factory set.

I mean he’s gotta auto wrecker specifically for mustangs lol . When I was lazy he did the drivetrain and blower install on my mystic a few years back . He’s very meticulous and organized .

I don’t really have any where I live . Nobody comes to visit and I live in a lake town . I gotta go back to the big city to have any sort of social life 3.5 hrs away to where I grew uo . Otherwise it’s off to Kelowna where I lived the last ten years prior .
