2000 rpm idle with a flashing cel on 1994 cobra

anyone run into this problem before. only does it at initial start up then goes away. Just rebuilt bottom end and had an additional new harness out of 1995 (injector harness) i used it just because it looked better and didn't have any broken tabs. Just wondering if that could be the problem. Any suggestions.

pull the codes and see what it is. maybe a sticking iac valve. you can hit it SOFTLY with a hammer and see if it idles back down, thats a good quick test.
